The messages below have been “given” or “channeled” to me on October 31, 2009, and November 2009 with intention on giving us guidance for the time period between 2010-2012. Please know that since I always ask the angels to be very loud, clear, and direct as possible, some messages maybe sounding harsh, HOWEVER you must know, that during those 2 sessions I have never experienced greater, pure divine love. Please remember that love in your heart while you are reading these messages – I have no words to describe how much angels love us. Please allow your higher self to recognize what message serves you best, the rest will be forgotten.

as you read may your own body, and your Higher Self discern what is right for you, the rest let it be forgotten.
There is no order to the points below, I have been jotting as fast and as much as I could, and when I protested (because it was too much volume, and too fast) the angels told me you all know all these things, you are the keepers of all the answers, we are just the arrow on the path. They’ve also been whispering at times when writing was not a possibility, again they said: learn to detach, you all have the knowledge within reach.
TIME & ENERGY
use energy as the most precious currency you have
use time as the most precious commodity you have
they showed me that the frustration of the changes not taking place fast enough causing us to participate in arguments – this time around the Karma will take place instantaneously, you will be notified immediately when you spend your energy on anger – you will feel depleted of energy, as to stop you from further arguments and misuse of the precious energy
All things that you desire for others must come from the source of your own example/be the change you want to see around you
Strengthening the mind
they were showing me pictures of how soon there will be mostly telepathic communication, mind to mind, it is happening already but we are on a quite dismissible side still; then they showed me a picture of pulling books from our heads – they are saying “you will find the truths that are already existing and designed for you by emptying your mind stop searching - acknowledge what you already know, what you are told everyday, use it and the next pebble will reveal itself once you cross the first one” ; the greatest wisdom will be found in the principles of simplicity and transparency
Body Strength & Mind
they were showing me how it is important to invest time into daily exercise – sweat off the fear, let the energy of fear drop by drop leave your body, in a healthy body there is no place for fear, in a strong body there is healthy mind and vice verse
they also showed me a picture of a beautiful temple, where we bring flowers, and offerings of the best kind, they said treat your body the same way – give it and treat it as a holy temple, as many of the strengths you will be using are in the body
Fear exercises
They see how fear is consuming us at times, I was shown a flat terrain easy to walk on with meadows, just bubbly field – that is how move through the day when we stay within our power, once we give to fear everything including daily routines turns the day into high trek up on a mountain - extreme sports, where every moment is caged with panic of a possible fall.
The exercise is this - write down all the things you are afraid of and burn the paper, as you watch the fire destroy it, breath out the fear, and think that your fears had been extinguished - do it as many times as you need and as often as you need, know that fire is the greatest destroyer on the planet.
Another exercise: every night before falling asleep write down at least 6 (events, tasks, things) that you’d like to accomplish the next day, and no matter what is happening around you and on the planet do it, check each one as the task is accomplished. Do this everyday. No matter what.
Solar power & Sun energy
They showed me how some look at fruits, and think that it will not supply enough energy: you believe in solar power, the same energy is found in your food that grows in the sun, buy not fully ripe fruits and place them in a spot where the sun rays can reach them, when ready it them and enjoy the fullness that you feel
Death and fear of dying
I’ve asked about those subjects in regards to all the planetary changes we have been hearing about.
Angels showed me how we all carry a backpack, and we sign in for arrival and departure day on a camping trip; they said you all carry that backpack with many many things you desired prior your coming here, your contract is there that states all your dates, lessons, pleasures, pains, it also have the exit date you know.
The fear of dying comes from knowing there is not enough love in your life, you’d like to be loved more, you’d like to give more love, the thought that you knew to respond with love but you didn’t creates that feeling of fear of dying, we call it unfinished business: all the thank you letters, the love letters, the kindness that you withheld, the awareness of those moments and the higher will to redeem yourself is what keeps you grounded in that fear; so go love, extend yourself, reach out, where there is no love, bring it yourself, for in love you remember where you came from, and a thought of going back to that which you came from is then all but fear….
They asked me to share with you, how they worked with me on the road:
I am total hot rod on the road, never had an accident, but boy do I like to drive fast, mind you I do drive very safe but fast as heavens! Obviously when you drive fast your thoughts go also a hundred miles per hour, many times I did not remember how I got from point a to b, but I remembered the many “IF” scenarios. Angels stepped in with the idea to bless every car I pass, or every car that I think drives way too slow, I got so busy blessing everyone around me, that I was kept in present moment and there was no place for any furious, fearful scenarios.
They also showed me what happened when fear governs the reigns – being not present in the body while thinking fearful future, leaves your body unattended, so all the energies we are trying to avoid by all costs has easy way in.
That game is awesome everywhere where you must wait, I have so much fun sometimes making up what the people in the car might need, and I bless them just with that....of course I am still learning
Laptops
They showed me sign Made in China, and people putting something inside the laptops that is making us sick – loss of energy, dizziness, numbness
they said to never place the laptop on your body, and to make sure we switch it off when not in use
I’ve asked the angels what are the 3 most important things right now
They said that these 3 were, are and will be always the most important ones, also we know them very well
SELF-LOVE
When you love yourself, your heart opens in appreciation to all that is around you, you see the God in you, and through that you see God in everyone; when you see God in all things around, you approach everything with love, with possibilities, with acceptance; in the place of self-love you feel safe as you know you are connected to a force that works with you everyday, in a place of safety you will not resent anyone for having more, you will be happy for their success, as you will remember that they are nothing but a brother or sister to you; approach with heart and arms opened, fill yourself up with love, when you look in the mirror see love, give your thanks for gratitude transforms everything into love
MEDITATION
Angels showed me how we charge our computers, and if we want something from the internet, the equipments connect to one another and generate the info; recharging the batteries of the computers as well
Mediation is plug in to the mother ship (nothing to do with ufo here); as you all came from the same source,
Some of you get frustrated that you do not receive information, but how can you if while you meditate you are to listen, instead of asking one question upon another
Meditation is the meeting during which all you do is listen with detachment, your expectation of receiving something while you are meeting up with source is the works of the ego, while meditating keep a picture in your mind, that God/Higher Self/whomever seats in front of you – would you bombard with question mark, or would you soak up the silence humbly cherishing each moment.
May meditation be the time of your day you look forward to utmost, may it be the meeting with friends (who knows who will show up) that you will look forward to see utmost, light a candle and know we are all around you beloved…(angels love us so much, I cannot translate it into any words)
PRAYER
Shed your tears, cry it all out, we give you eternity to speak to us, but speak from the heart, know without faltering without waiving that you are heard, ask for guidance, and open your heart and all your senses to receive your answers – for that you must stay in the present time, for that is the way to recognize the light

Take from this whatever may serve you on the current journey
1. Yellow Pages
we do have the knowledge that can assist us in better choices, yet still we let the fear run the show sometimes, therefore the pink bubbles of love+ fear are bringing it all the to the same point of which all began. +1-1=0 they are referring to the emotional pandemonium that still part of the ones who embarks on the journey; it is about one's employment/job situation - too much pressure, pushing, poking people and convincing about one's offering, they said in capital letters: this era is about service, and bringing experiences about with one's energy
yellow pages - all the thousands people in there are not in the middle of the street screaming "pick me" they are simply doing their job by providing service, when their are needed they get a phone call (energy attraction) all will fall out, all will fail, only the ones who find purpose in SERVICE to one another will thrive (failing in the meaning of whatever you offer in your job, make sure service runs the show)
bring into your experience through ENERGY, work with HER (that's what they said) LET THINGS COME TO YOU
2. About Fear
they showed a scared kid feeling punished in each corner of the room they want us to methodically clean all the corners in the house as that where fear resides. clean all the dust, webs, clutter, either keep it empty or put a plant that will sustain you energetically also when you clean set the intention that you're clearing all the fear out
3. CARROT JUICE +OJ
As your third eye sees more and more, you might get scared of what you see, and sometimes might get fearful of the future, shortsighted vision problems might occur, or blurry vision, so drink up carrot juice, and OJ for immunity
Before you throw yourself into desire to see, ask that you see only what you are ready to experience that way all the rest will stay hidden and always surround yourself with the white light
3. Water
You will feel tired, and exhaustion might come out of the blue as the energy shifts all around you, drink water by plenty and rest when you can, do not overeat as that will add to your tiredness, the times are coming when you will experience you might thrive on less food and less sleep
(also they pointed that we are becoming sensitive to the sunlight and the sounds, too much, all too loud)
4. Water & Fear
When you find yourself fearful spend time around the water. If there is none around where you live, it might be a city fountain, sit on the edge of the water facility and rest your spirit, breath and ask as a question as water induces psychic connection (that was news to me), we will guide you out of it, breathe loved one…
5. Water & other’s energy
People’s energy is becoming transparent and they’re fighting it, if you’re real sensitive you will feel emotions not of your own making, when you come home please take a rinse, at least wash your hands. If near ocean soak up.
5. Grounding in nature
You are in the here and in the now, and the fear is based in the future; when cannot snap out of it
go outside and find a tree, embrace it all around, and feel roots coming out of your feet intertwining with the trees’. Breathe and envision that energy.
Walk barefoot in the nature to get grounded, the fear is located in the first chakra, work with that energy center.
Connect with the energy of Gaia as much as you can.

Messages from The Guardians - channeled October 18, 2010It is of great importance to stay true to yourself and be focused on the present, as close as right to what is in front of you. Herein all the gifts, all the truths, all the answers needed to open any doors that may lead you further in the dimension of what you all call time. Being truthful and honest will simplify the path you’re on, and will indeed bring about what your hearts truly desire. But you must admit what it truly is. Why is it that you believe you ask for one experience, and something else occurs. Because the Universe senses what is hiding behind the curtain of fears, and doubts, and senses the energy of the heart, discriminatesthe ego’s requests. For each desire you believe you have ask is it the spirit asking or is it the work of ego, which speaks of not enough.There is no point in chasing anything or anyone. Chase itself speaks of defeat, for it implies that there is something out of reach,always out there in the future. Align the energy of the heart with the energy of the experience you’re looking for. The reason you reaching out for a dream, is because your spirit knows it is capable of its manifestation. Your job is remembering the energy of that dream, by simply working it out within and around you. Staying present will help you greatly to recognize the directions the Universe is giving you to get you closer to the dream.
